General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by r bajje via the website r-bajje.com and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the r bajje platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

r bajje provides an online gaming and sports betting platform that includes, but is not limited to, live casino games, slot games from third-party providers, sports betting markets (including cricket), and promotional offers. The platform is made available exclusively for entertainment purposes. r bajje does not guarantee that the services will be available at all times, and we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at our sole discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall be the definitive governing text. r bajje may provide translated summaries for player convenience, but those summaries do not have contractual force.

r bajje may revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register, access, or use any service provided by r bajje. By creating an account and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. r bajje operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits held will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

r bajje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a recognised authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the period specified in our request will result in account suspension.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use r bajje is subject to the following conditions:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial gambling operation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from r bajje under any account identity.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.

r bajje does not warrant that the use of our platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing r bajje is compliant with the laws and regulations applicable in your location before proceeding to use our services.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on r bajje at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same player — whether through shared payment methods, shared device fingerprints, shared IP addresses, or matching personal details — r bajje reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any outstanding bets or bonus balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a contact telephone number. r bajje may use this information to verify your identity, comply with internal risk management procedures, and communicate important account-related information to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person. r bajje will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify r bajje support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement on r bajje. We may request identity documents at any stage of the account relationship, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo identity document, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. r bajje aims to complete KYC reviews within three (3) business days of receiving complete documentation.

Players who provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent KYC stage will have their accounts immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds held in such accounts may be retained pending investigation, and r bajje reserves the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

r bajje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through a range of locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. The full list of currently available payment methods, along with applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, is displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits are generally credited to your r bajje wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. r bajje does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside r bajje's control. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. r bajje does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name and must match the details on your verified r bajje account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. r bajje aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time. Mobile banking withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically the fastest. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to five (5) business days to appear, subject to the policies of the receiving institution.

r bajje reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed in the Cashier section. r bajje does not process withdrawal requests to accounts or payment methods that differ from those used during account registration and verification without additional identity confirmation.

Bonuses & Promotions

r bajje offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion on the r bajje Offers & Promotions page. By opting into any promotion, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms of that individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the relevant promotion) must be turned over in real-money bets before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.

The following general rules apply to all r bajje bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types that contribute to the stated wagering requirement. Contribution percentages vary by game category and are listed in the promotion terms.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• r bajje reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, accrued progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured within a reasonable wind-down period.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• r bajje may set maximum bet limits applicable when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural events will carry their own specific terms. Players are encouraged to read those terms carefully before opting in, as eligibility criteria, minimum odds, and time limits may vary significantly from standard promotional terms.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on r bajje, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. You accept full personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following categories of conduct are expressly prohibited on r bajje and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: The use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks made in bad faith; providing false identity information; impersonating another person or entity.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Arbitrage and match betting abuse: Using r bajje bonuses in combination with external platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that constitutes abuse of the promotional system rather than genuine entertainment gaming.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the r bajje platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, errors, or unintended features of the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward r bajje staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Underage facilitation: Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 18 to access your r bajje account or to engage in gambling through the platform.

r bajje employs dedicated risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, r bajje will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of its genuine player community.

Account Suspension & Closure

r bajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable basis to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, where a player fails to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated period, or where continued provision of services to that account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or its other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to the address registered on the account. During a suspension period, the player will be unable to deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. r bajje will conduct its investigation as promptly as practicable and will communicate its findings and any decision regarding the account's status to the player once the review is complete.

Players may also voluntarily close their r bajje account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account after settlement of open bets will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines. Bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Where an account is permanently closed by r bajje as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be retained to offset losses, costs, or damages incurred by the platform as a result of the player's conduct. Players who believe a closure decision has been made in error may submit a formal dispute via [email protected], and r bajje will review the matter and respond within ten (10) business days.

Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Re-activation after a self-exclusion period requires a formal request to support and is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period as defined in r bajje's Responsible Gaming policy, the full details of which are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

Limitation of Liability

r bajje provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r bajje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss. r bajje's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r bajje is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party game providers whose titles are made available through the platform. Game outcomes are determined by the respective provider's certified random number generation systems, and r bajje has no ability to influence those outcomes. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be directed to the relevant game provider in the first instance, though r bajje support will assist in facilitating such disputes where reasonable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude r bajje's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. r bajje's liability for direct losses caused by our own proven negligence is not excluded by these Terms.
